This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under

Section 439 of Cr.P.C seeking regular bail in connection with FIR

No.95/2019 registered with Police Station Banar, District Jodhpur

for the offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411 IPC.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicant

that applicant has falsely been implicated. The alleged recovery

has already been made, applicant is behind the bars since

10.10.2019 and the offence is triable by the Magistrate and

pertains to Section 379 coupled with Section 411 IPC. Co-accused

person Ibrahim Khan has already been enlarged on bail, so the

applicant be also enlarged on bail.
