Instant misc. application has been filed by the petitioner for

correction in the address of respondent No.5 Kashi Ram in the

cause title of SB Cr. Misc. Petition No.6201/2023 as well as in the

order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Court in the aforesaid

misc. petition.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. Amended cause title mentioning the correct address of

respondent No.5 as filed with the application, is hereby taken on

record. It is further ordered that in the order dated 09.10.2023
