Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

appellate court vide order dated 16.10.2021 has directed the

petitioner to deposit 25% of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of sixty

days under the provisions of Section 148 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that sixty

days’ period has already been expired and the petitioner has failed

to deposit the said amount due to financial constraint. Learned
