Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks early disposal of

the proceedings before learned Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur, which are

pending since 2015.

In the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of

while directing the learned Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur to decide the

issue finally preferably within a period of one year from today,

strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications stand

disposed of.
