The present third bail application has been filed under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in

connection with F.I.R. No.72/2021, Police Station Kotdi, District

Bhilwara, for the offence under Sections 225, 411, 414, 212, 202,

201, 302, 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on

record.

After the rejection of the second bail application of the

petitioner on 04.05.2022, co-accused Dinesh Kumar has been

enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2022.
