This application seeking leave to appeal has been filed under

Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C against the judgment and order dated

23.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1,

Chittorgarh in Sessions case No. 156/2017, whereby the accused-

respondent was acquitted from the offences punishable under

Sections 306 IPC.

Perused the record of the learned trial Court.
