This application seeking leave to appeal has been filed under

Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C against the judgment and order dated

23.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1,

Chittorgarh in Sessions case No. 156/2017, whereby the accused-

respondent was acquitted from the offences punishable under

Sections 306 IPC.

Perused the record of the learned trial Court.

After perusing the record, it is evident that as per

prosecution story deceased Prahlad who is the husband of the

respondent Dilkhush committed suicide. There is allegation

against the respondent that she refused to live with her husband

Prahlad and she was having illicit relation with Shambhu Lal.

Learned trial Court after considering the evidence on record

acquitted the respondent. This Court is in full agreement with the

conclusions arrived at by learned trial Court. There are no valid

reasons to allow this application seeking leave to appeal.

Hence this leave to appeal is dismissed accordingly.
