Mr. Deepak Bishnoi appears on behalf of the respondent No.2

and informed this Court that the grievance of the petitioner of not

deciding the first appeal by the Appellate Authority filed under

RTPP Act, 2012, now stands redressed as the Appellate Authority

has passed the order dated 26.02.2021.

Learned counsel has produced copy of the said order and he

has also given copy of the same to Mr. Vivek Dangi, learned

counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that bare

perusal of the order of the Appellate Authority shows that same is

said to be passed on 26.02.2021 and it bears the dispatch of

02.03.2021.

Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is now

required to assail the said order by filing the second appeal

provided under the Act.

Accordingly, this Court in view of subsequent developments

does not require to adjudicate the issue on merits. The petitioner

is granted liberty to avail the remedy provided under the RTPP

Act, 2012.

The present writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
