This is a second bail application filed by the petitioner, as

first bail application was dismissed by this Court on 17.01.2022 as

counsel for the petitioner had withdrawn the bail application.

This Court, while dismissing the first bail application, had

granted liberty to counsel for the petitioner to move bail

application afresh, after recording statement of the main

witnesses including the Doctor.
