Mr.Narendra Mishra appearing for the petitioner

submitted that in compliance with the order dated 9.8.2017

passed in SBCWP No.12504/2016 filed at the petitioner’s instance,

the requisite order has been passed on 24.1.2018 under the hand

of Additional Director (Administration), Medical and Health and

Family Welfare Services, Govt of Rajasthan. He however submitted

that in the said order the petitioner’s husband name reflected

erroneously is ‘Late Shri Devishankar Sharma’ while ought to have

been ‘Late Shri Devishankar Bhatia’.

Mr.Avinash Sharma appears for Mr.Shyam Arya, AAG

submits that the necessary rectification in order dated 24.1.2018

in the name of the petitioner’s late husband as warranted by the

record with the Department will be made within a period of two

weeks and that payment due to the petitioner will also be made

within a period of three months thereafter.

In view of the submissions of Mr.Avinash Sharma, this

contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.

The respondents are however directed to make the

necessary rectification in the order dated 24.1.2018 with regard to

the petitioner’s late husband name as recorded hereinabove within

two weeks and pay the due amounts consequent to the order

dated 24.1.2018 within a period of three months thereafter.
