This anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section

438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 354/2021 registered at

Police Station Mania, District Dholpur for the offences under

Section 120-B of IPC and Sections 3/8 & 5/8 of The Rajasthan

Camel (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary

Migration or Export) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

is not named in the FIR and he is registered owner of the alleged

vehicle. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has no

criminal antecedents. Hence, the anticipatory bail application of

the accused-petitioner may be granted.

On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed

the bail application.
