It has been submitted on behalf of the parties that the

parties have entered into an amicable settlement and all the

money due has been paid to the complainant. Now, no dispute

remains between the parties and both the parties (complainant as

well as the petitioner) want the matter to be closed. FIR has been

registered for offence under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 and

120B of IPC.

Heard.

The FIR has been registered on the facts of the case,

which are pre-dominantly of civil and commercial transaction

related. Parties have entered into an amicable settlement.

Therefore, no useful purpose is served by containing the

proceedings in pursuance to the FIR No.180/2021.

In view of the principle laid down in the case of State

of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Laxmi Narayan & Ors. (AIR 2019 SC

1296), it is just and proper to quash and set aside the FIR

No.180/2021 dated 04th August, 2021, PS-Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur City

(South) and all the proceedings in pursuance to this FIR.

Ordered accordingly.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
