The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

challenging the order dated 08.01.2022 by which experience as

in-service Doctors is counted only till 30.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner has rendered service in rural areas after qualifying in

NEET (PG) Examination and she intends to participate in the

counselling. The petitioner would complete the requisite

experience for getting bonus marks if the experience is counted till

08.10.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the

Single Bench at Principal Seat at Jodhpur also considered the issue

of extension of date in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17828/2021

(Dr. Priya Kanwar & Ors. Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

and also passed interim order dated 12.01.2022 whereby the

experience has been permitted to be counted upto 20.01.2022.

This Court in the case of Dr. Delip Singh & Ors. Versus

State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.11568/2021) has already upheld the decision of the State

Government for counting the experience till 30.09.2021.

This Court further finds that the interim order passed at the

Principal Seat at Jodhpur in the case of Dr. Priya Kanwar & Ors.

Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. (supra) has already been stayed

in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.36/2022 (Dr. Anita Vishnoi

& Ors. Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.) vide its order dated

18.01.2022.

Learned Additional Advocate General-Dr. Vibhuti Bhushan

Sharma and learned counsel-Mr. Angad Mirdha submitted that the

controversy raised by the present petitioner has already been

decided by this Court in the case of Dr. Delip Singh & Ors. Versus

State of Rajasthan & Ors. (supra) and as such no interference is

required by this Court.

I have heard the submissions made by learned counsel for

the parties.

This Court finds that the notification issued by the State

Government dated 08.01.2022, has been found to be validly

issued by the State Government by keeping in mind several

factors and the decision of the State Government to change the

date for counting the experience till 30.09.2021, has been found

to be in order.

This Court in view of the order passed by this Court in the

case of Dr. Delip Singh & Ors. Versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(supra), finds no force in the petition and the same is accordingly

dismissed.
