Petitioner has preferred this misc. petition seeking quashing

of FIR No. 80/2012 registered at Police Station Manak Chowk,

Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC and

for quashing of charge sheet No. 38/2012 filed by the police for

offence under Section 420 IPC.
