In view of the judgment passed by this Court, the writ

petition preferred by the Para Legal Volunteers would not lie as no

right to the post is available to a volunteer who himself opts for

performing the service known as Para Legal Service. No civil

rights or legal rights can be said to have been taken away if a

person is not included in the Para Legal Volunteers Panel.

Accordingly the writ petition is held to be not

maintainable.

3.

The claim for salary for the work done or any grievance

which an existing volunteer or a volunteer who is no more on the

panel, may have against the selection process or pending salary

then he would always be free to take up his grievances before the

Chairman, Legal Services Authority or person so delegated by

him.

4.

Granting the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed

as not maintainable.
