[CRLMB-1892/2022]
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
material available on record.
As per FIR, the petitioner inflicted injury on Vikram
Singh on his right hand paw with Sword. As per injury report of
Vikram Singh, he received injury on his right hand posterior
aspect caused by sharp weapon, which is grievous in nature.
Therefore, looking to the above facts and circumstances and
gravity of the offence; but without expressing any opinion on the
merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it not proper to
release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this bail application under Section 439
Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh
after filing of the charge-sheet.
