The present bail application has been filed under Section 438

Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.23/2020 registered at Police

Station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under

Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

had joined the investigation as per the direction of this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is admitted

position that the petitioner’s husband and complainant were
