Petitioner, by way of instant writ petition filed under Article

226 of the Constitution of India, has challenged the transfer order

dated 8.9.2022 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been

transferred from Rajasthan Political College, Kota to Rajasthan

Political College, Tonk. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner has

been released on 12.9.2022.

Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute that the

petitioner has not challenged his transfer order before the
