By way of filing the instant miscellaneous petition, challenge

has been made to the order dated 07.02.2022 passed by the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dholpur in connection with FIR

No. 405/2019 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Dholpur

whereby the learned Magistrate has rejected the prayer of the

petitioner for conversion of the warrant of arrest into bailable.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public

Prosecutor.

In this matter, after conducting thorough investigation, a

charge-sheet No. 346/2019 came to be submitted on 28.12.2019

against the nine accused persons while keeping the investigation
