The present bail applications have been filed under Section

439 Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with

FIR No.417/2020 Registered at Police Station Raini, District Alwar

for the offence(s) under Sections 143, 323, 341, 336, 308, 34 of

I.P.C. (In FIR) and for the offences under Sections 143, 341, 323,

324, 325, 336 & 308 of I.P.C. (in order).

2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have

been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that

none of the injuries sustained by the injured is dangerous to life

and the petitioners are behind the bars since 14/15.02.2021.

Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the

complainant has opposed the bail applications.

4.

Considering the material on record and taking into account

the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the

period of custody and without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the case, these petitions are allowed. Petitioners be

admitted to regular bail subject to satisfaction of the trial Court.
