The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.

305/2019 registered at Police Station Galta Gate District Jaipur for

offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120-

B IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that accused-petitioner

has falsely been implicated in this case. Co-accused person,

namely Manish Kumar Sharma has been granted bail by a Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 7.2.2020. The case
