The instant miscellaneous petition has been preferred by the

petitioner for quashing of the FIR No. 37/2013 registered at Police

Station Mahuwa, District Dausa.

As per the factual report submitted by the State counsel, the

charge-sheet had been submitted in this case in the year 2014 and

after due course of trial, the accused have been acquitted vide

judgment dated 26.11.2018. The factual report be taken on record.

In this view of the matter, the petition has become

infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant miscellaneous petition is dismissed as

having become infructious.

Stay application is also dismissed
