The matter comes up on a Misc. Application No. 1973/2015,

with a prayer for restoration of the appeal along with an

application for condonation of delay in institution of the restoration

application.

From the materials available on record, it is reflected that

even the above noted misc. appeal was instituted with delay while

assailing the illegality and validity of the impugned order/award

dated 24^th December, 2012. The restoration application has also

been instituted with a delay of 336 days.

The reasons, detailed out in the application seeking

condonation of delay, are not very much convincing.

However, in

the interest of justice, restoration application so also the

application seeking condonation of delay; are allowed subject to

payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), to

be deposited by the applicant with the Rajasthan State Legal

Services Authority, Jaipur, within two weeks from today.

Accordingly, orders dated 28^th August, 2014 and 26^th

September, 2014, are hereby recalled.

Failure to deposit the cost as aforesaid would result into

withdrawal of this order and dismissal of the restoration

application as well as the misc. appeal as a consequence thereof.
