The instant transfer application has been filed by

applicant-wife- Gloriya Josef (For short “the applicant”) against the

respondent- husband- Rohit Vilium (For short “the respondent”)

under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 for transferring

the case bearing No. 93/2018 filed by the respondent-husband

under Section 10 of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869 as amended

2001 pending before the Judge, Family Court No.3, Jaipur
