The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR

No.59/2021 Registered at Police Station Keshavrai Patan District

Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 341, 323 & 34 of IPC (in

FIR) and under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 & 34 of IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have

been falsely implicated in this matter and none of the injuries

sustained by the injured is dangerous to life
