This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the

respondent-University to issue rectified mark-sheet to the

petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that a

copy of the rectified mark-sheet has already been supplied to the

petitioner and the University shall issue the rectified mark-sheet in

original to the petitioner within a week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ

petition may be disposed of in terms of the statement made by

learned counsel for the respondent-University.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of

assurance extended by learned counsel for the respondent-

University.
