Heard counsel for the parties.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have

been falsely implicated in this matter.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application

and submitted that according to the statement of prosecutrix (PW-

4), allegation of committing rape has been levelled by her against

the accused-petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case and

looking to the seriousness of the offence(s) alleged against the

petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, no case is made out to release the petitioners on bail under

Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Hence, this bail application stands dismissed.
