Instant petition is directed against order of

the Tribunal dt.23.04.2014.

While the petitioner was working as Section

Officer at Regional Office, Central Board of

Secondary Education, Panchkula, adverse remarks were

recorded by the then Reporting Officer in his ACR of

2009 in regard to Attitude to Work, Ability to

Inspire & Motivate & General Assessment & that was

confirmed by the Reviewing Officer & communicated to

him vide memo dt.03.05.2010 (Annx.A/3), to which the

petitioner submitted detailed reply and on the

representation made by the petitioner the authority

called for the comments from the then Reporting &

Reviewing Officer, which are on record as Annx.A/5

dt.06.09.2010 & Annx.A/6 dt.30.09.2010 respectively

and taking note thereof his representation came to

be rejected by the competent auth
