An application has been filed to release the vehicle through

power of attorney holder by modifying the order passed by this

Court on 17.12.2020.

The criminal misc. application is misconceived. The order

passed by this Court does not warrant any modification.

The power of attorney holder on behalf of owner cannot be

allowed to move an application for modification of order. Even

otherwise the present petition under Section 362 Cr.P.C. is not

maintainable. His remedy lies elsewhere.

The criminal misc. application stands dismissed accordingly.
