The present criminal appeal under Section 14(A) (2) of the

SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed in connection

with FIR No.165/2018 registered at Police Station Vazeerpur,

District Sawai Madhopur for the offences under Sections 363, 366

of I.P.C. and Section 16/17 of the Protection of Children from

Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Section 3 of SC/ST

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Counsel for the appellant submits that according to the

statement of the prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C,

no specific allegation has been levelled against the appellant.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the
