Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a

direction to respondents to reevaluate his marks and if

he is found to have scored more than cutoff marks in

his category then his case be considered for

appointment. Further prayer is made for a direction to

respondents to delete the question no.116 of A-series

paper holding the same to have fallen out of syllabus

or award bonus marks for that. It is also prayed that

respondents be directed to revise the result after

considering right answer of the petitioner and prepare

fresh selection list accordingly and if name of the

petitioner is found in the select list then he be given

appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.II (Hindi) on the

basis of his merit.
