In the first instance aggrieved of his non-appointment

to the post of Assistant Grade-III in General, Depot, Technical

and Account Cadre in the FCI Examination, 2013 pursuant to the

advertisement published in employment news / Rojgar Samachar

on 25.08.2012, the petitioner approached this Court way of writ

petition No.7689/2014. Vide order dated 30.07.2014 this Court

disposed of the writ petition No.7689/2014 requiring the

petitioner to approach the Regional Director (NR), Staff

Selection Commission, New Delhi by way of filing representation

ventilating his grievances. The Regional Director was thereupon

required to consider the said representation and if the petitioner

was found entitled to be appointed on the post in issue, make the

necessary recommendation for his appointment.
