Mr. Sandeep Mathur, counsel for the appellant.

The claimant appellant has filed this

appeal for the enhancement of quantum of

compensation.

Heard learned counsel for the

appellant and perused the impugned award dated

19th September, 2011, rendered by the Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur City, Jaipur,

whereby the learned Tribunal decreed an amount

of Rs. 1,00,000/- in favour of the claimant-

appellant and against the non claimants-

respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel for

the appellant and carefully perused the

impugned award, it is noticed that in the

absence of any documentary evidence with regrad

to monthly income of the claimant appellant,

the learned Tribunal assessed his monthly

income to be Rs. 3000/- and after taking into

consideration 18.07% permanent disability,

rationally computed Rs. 97,200/- to be the loss
