Petitioners have filed this revision petition under Section 397

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred as 'Cr.P.C.')

read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated

24.02.2003.

Respondents No. 2 to 4 had faced trial in FIR No. 66/2001

registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehpur, Sikar qua offence

under Section 308, 325, 326, 323, 341/34 of Indian Penal Code,

1860 (hereinafter referred as ‘IPC’). Charge was fr
