Instant review petition has been filed for recalling of the order

dt.23.7.2014.

However, office has pointed out delay of 259 days in filing of

review petition. Application has been filed u/S.5 of the Limitation Act

seeking condonation of delay which is otherwise a stereotype

explanation and it is the usual practice of the State Govt. justifying

inordinate delay seeking condonation.

We find that special appeal was also preferred by the State of

Rajasthan against the order of ld. Single Judge dt.1.4.2013 with delay

of 97 days and no explanation came forward and that apart it also

reveals that reference was made after 40 years of mutation opened in

the name of respondent u/S.82 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act,
