This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31-3-

2021 passed by the Deputy Director, Woman and Child

Development Department Bharatpur, whereby the respondent

No.3 Manju Kumari has been appointed as `Aanganwadi Sahayika’

in Gram Panchayat Naiwari, District Bharatpur instead of the

present petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the

material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appointment

on the post of Aanganwadi Sahayika is to be given on the basis of

ration-card, and the ration-card of the respondent No.3 Manju

Kumari pertains to village Bijwari and not to the Gram Panchayat

Naiwari. Thus the respondent No.3 was not qualified to be

appointed for the above post, but she has been illegally and

erroneously appointed on the said post instead of the petitioner.

Therefore, the impugned order deserves to be quashed and set

aside.

On perusal of the material made available on record, it is

apparent that the Deputy Director, Woman and Child Development

Department, Bharatpur has thoroughly enquired into the matter

and found that in the ration-card of the respondent No.3 Manju

Kumari the name of Gram Panchayat Bijwari was entered by

mistake. The Gram Panchayat Naiwari has certified that the ration-

card of the respondent No.3 Manju Kumari belongs to Gram

Panchayat Naiwari. Further on the basis of domicile certificate

issued by the Sub Divisional Officer Weir, Marriage Registration

Certificate, Electoral Roll and other public documents the

respondent No.3 Manju Kumari has been found to be resident of

Gram Panchayat Naiwari. Thus, this court does not find any error

in the impugned order, therefore, no case is made out for

interference by this court. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
