Misc. Application No.1/2019 has been filed by the petitioner-

Society to substitute the name of New Secretary of the petitioner-

Society in place of the erstwhile Secretary.

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the

same is allowed. Amended cause title filed along-with the

application is permitted to be taken on record.

Misc. Application No.1/2019 has been filed by the petitioner

to dispose of the writ petition, in view of the compromise (MoU)

dated 30.11.2018 arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel submitted that during pendency of the writ

petition, the petitioner-Society and the respondent No.3-

Smt.Radha Devi have entered into compromise and they have

decided to settle the dispute. The MoU has also been placed on

record along-with the application (Annex.14) and the present writ

petition is requested to be disposed of, in view of the compromise

(MoU) dated 30.11.2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3-

Radha Devi, does not dispute about the execution of MoU between

the petitioner-Society and the respondent No.3.

This Court accordingly, disposes of the present writ petition

in view of the compromise i.e. MoU dated 30.11.2018 entered into

between the petitioner and the respondent No.3.
