The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

for quashing the FIR No. 148/2022 registered with police station

Nagar, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under

(2 of 2)

[CRLMP-3273/2022]

Sections 143, 323, 341, 354, 427, 452, 504, 506, 379, 388 IPC

and Sections 3-1(r), 3-1(s), 3-1(w), 3-2) (Va) of SC/ST Prevention

of Atrocities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this

court to withdraw the instant petition. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
