By this common order, S.B. CWP No. 5888/2016 and S.B. CWP

No. 5889/2016 between the self same parties shall be decided together.

For facility, this Court shall advert to the facts as stated in S.B. CWP No.

5888/2016, as counsel for the parties are in agreement that on facts and

law, both the writ petitions are similar.

It is averred in the writ petition that the petitioner is a

Medical Research Institute and is engaged in charitable and philanthropy

activities for providing medical and curative services to the mankind and

poor people.
