BY THE COURT:

A challenge has been made to the order dated 29-6-2015

passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal Jaipur

whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner, a Veterinary Officer,

against the order of his transfer dated 13-6-2015 has been

dismissed.

The main ground agitated in support of the petition is that

the petitioner was working on the post of Veterinary Officer in the

office of Animal Husbandry. Vide notification dated 10-7-2013 a

new department, i.e. directorate of “Goseva” was constituted out of

the Animal Husbandry department, and it was provided that staff of

animal husbandry/ dairy development/ agriculture/ forest/ Jal

Grahan Vikas departments would be taken on deputation. As per

option of the petitioner, he was posted in the Directorate of

“Goseva” against the post of Senior Veterinary Officer vide order
