08/07/2020 Ms. Sheetal Mirdha, AAG and Mr. RA Katta, Advocate accept notices on behalf of the respondents in all the writ petitions.

All these writ petitions raise common prayers and are commonly aggrieved of a decision taken by the respondents whereby they laid down a Policy-2020 for starting Diploma in Veterinary Live Stock Assistant in private sector for 2020.

It has been informed by AAG that a bunch of writ petitions led by SBCWP No.12715/2019 Nagfani Institute of Animal Husbandry Vs. State of Rajasthan Principal Seat at Jodhpur directed the State to frame Policy in relation to enhancement/regulation of the number of seats for 2 years Diploma Course in Animal Husbandry. The policy was directed to be framed within a period of four weeks and be placed before 2.1.2020. In pursuance of the directions aforementioned, a policy was prepared and placed before the concerned court wherein annual calendar for Live Stock Diploma Course was also laid down. As per the said annual calendar, the last date for submission of application for grant of NOC to the private institutions was fixed as 31.1.2020.
