This bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 345/2018 registered at Police

Station Udyog Nagar, District Sikar, for the offence under Sections

323,341,143, 325 and 307/34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no

direct allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is 25 years old

young boy. Charge-sheet has already been filed. Looking to the

police statement of injured Omprakash, the bail application may

kindly be granted.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
