This revision petition was heard on

26.03.2008. After hearing the parties, learned

counsel for the petitioner sought time to

consult the petitioner whether the petitioner

was willing to submit an unconditional apology

before this court.

Today the petitioner Ramesh Chandra

Ardawatiya son of Shri Pushkar Lal is present

in person and has been identified by Shri

Singhi, counsel for the petitioner and has

submitted an apology in writing. The same has

been registered at Inward No.10619 dated

10.04.2008 with the Registry. The same may be

kept on record.

In view of the above apology which has

been submitted unconditionally before this
