Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section

438 of Cr.P.C.

F.I.R. No.211/2021 was registered at Police Station,

Harmara, Jaipur Metropolitan West for offence under Sections 379

I.P.C.

It is contended by the counsel for the petitioners that articles

have been recovered from the co-accused. Petitioners are not

having any criminal antecedents. Police is now wanting to arrest

the petitioners on the basis of information given by the co-
