Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present writ
petition has come to be filed during present COVID-19 pandemic
since the Revenue Appellate Authority (RAA) before whom the
petitioners have filed an appeal was not functioning. In the
meantime, counsel for the petitioners submits that they have filed
an appeal before the RAA and the matter is fixed on 29.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 submits that
the Appellate Authority has already directed consideration of the
application for stay after disposal of the present writ petition.

In view of the facts as noted hereinabove, the writ petition is
dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court shall
continue till 29.09.2021 and Appellate Authority shall be at liberty
to proceed and hear the appeal as well as stay application on its
own merits without, in any manner, influenced by the interim
order passed by this Court.
