This IInd bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 93/2020 registered at Police

Station Dug, District Jhalawar, for the offences under Sections

341,323,504,504/34, 307,325 and 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has

falsely been implicated in this case and is in judicial custody since

20.5.2020.Charge-sheet has already been submitted. During trial,

PW2-Gordhan Singh has turned hostile. Hence, the accused-

petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has strongly opposed the bail

application.
