Present application was filed before this Court on 08.09.2010

and the same was dismissed earlier in default on 12.12.2014 due

to absence of the applicant or it’s counsel/representative, but this

Court vide order dated 08.09.2017 restored the application.

Today also, the case was called twice. No one is present on behalf

of the petitioner. Similar was the position on 27.10.2017 and the

matter was adjourned to be listed for today. In these

circumstances, this Court does not deem it appropriate to again
