Apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.280/2022

registered at Police Station Kotwali Jhalawar, District Jhalawar for

the offence(s) under Sections 13 of RPGO, 66C Information

Technology Act and under Section 420 of I.P.C., the petitioner has

preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 438

Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case

came to be instituted upon a complaint made by the SHO. It is not

a case where custodial interrogation would be required. No offence

under Section 420 is made out. He is ready to cooperate with the

investigation.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail
