Instant petition has been preferred on behalf of

petitioners i.e. newly married couple praying interalia that a

direction be issued to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect them

as they apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of

those who are opposed to the marriage.

Newly married couple is present in person.

In pre-lunch session, newly married couple was present

in person before this Court. This Court directed Deputy Registrar

(Judicial) of this Court to record statements of Ms. Parveen Kaur

and Rinku Singh, petitioner Nos.1 and 2, after they are duly

identified.

Deputy Registrar (Judicial) has recorded separate

statement of both the petitioners.

The separate statement of both the petitioners are

taken on record and are made part of the paper book.

After going through the contents of the instant petition

and statement of Ms. Parveen Kaur, reproduced above, this Court

is of the view that nobody can be permitted to take law in his own

hands merely because marriage is not acceptable. Hence, Station

House Officer, Police Station Shivaji Park, District Alwar is directed

to ensure necessary vigil that no harm is caused to the life and

liberty of the petitioners at the hands of those who are opposed to

the marriage.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of.
