Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section

439 of Cr.P.C.

2.

F.I.R. No. 167/2020-21 was registered at Police Station Exice

Prevention Squad, Jaipur (South) for offence under Sections 19/54

of Rajasthan Excise Act.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that recovered

liquor is less than 50 litres.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

5.

I have considered the contentions.

6.

Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

petitioner, I deem it proper to allow the bail application.

This bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed
