Mr.Suresh Sahni, for petitioner.

Instant writ petition has been filed by

petitioner assailing order passed by the

revisional authority (Anx.3) dt. 15/02/2011 in

exercise of powers conferred under Section 107

of the Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act,

2001.

The revisional authority in its order

observed that because of the alleged conduct of

the petitioner a financial loss has been caused

to the Bank and according to him it also borne

out in the enquiry report which was submitted

under Section 55 (5 & 6) of the Rajasthan

Cooperative Societies Act, 2001 dt. 28/06/2010

but before further action could be taken, it

was observed that let an enquiry be held in

terms of Rule 57 of the Act, 2001 and after the

opportunity being afforded, further action may

be initiated in accordance with law.

The present petitioner worked on the post

of Managing Director, Central Coperative Bank

Ltd., Tonk from 28/02/2009 to 08/09/2009 and
